omg..finally …
omg..finally someone who knows about training.
Ive never done this combo before, but I’ve done those 2 exercises seperately. You get the small contraction from the “21s” too….4 sets of those and your arm is going to feel “ended”!

There has been a great deal of research over the last ten to fifteen years on weight lifting and how it effects your vertical growth plates. It is preety much universally excepted fact in the industry that if you have gone through puberty it wont effect your growth.You can start a basic workout routine well before that point using your own body weight that would prepair you for weights in the future. Depending on if your a beginer or not. But a good rule of thumb is not to go over twelve sets of biceps max ,eight to ten sets is best and keep the rep range to 10 to 12 reps.
