    Try getting a box …
    Try getting a box to stand on. Jump up into position and hold the pull-up or chin -up for as long as you can and lower yourself slowly. Do 6 reps of each. This will build you up so you can start with full reps.

    I haven’t been training much lately, but when I started doing this exercise all of a sudden within 4 or 5 weeks of adding it to my back and bis routine. The peaks (upper part near your delts) of my bis grew very big. Not only that but my overall biceps strength increased by loads. Its useful the second half and contracting part of a rep.

    This particular movement needs a cable machine. You can perform concentration curls that will help build the peak of your biceps just as well.

    Great question! You can hit the biceps , triceps and forearms twice a week but keep in mind for mass try to hit them heavy low reps high intensity only once per week, the second time go easy, higher reps,different exercises concentrating on detail . This will avoid over training
