Ugh. I’m 5′7″ and a lean 135 lbs or so and hit a plateau. Working out is the easy part. Hard part is stuffing myself 5-6 times a day until I feel like gagging. No appetite.
Trying to gain quality weight is, I think, harder than trying to lose weight.

but you’re only 14 …
but you’re only 14 and it’s very difficult to gain muscle until you hit 16-18. just keep lifting, eating healthy and be patient.

Im gainin weight pretty fast to, i can put on weight by eatin a normal breakfast, cereal, lunch, cheese on toast, dinner, pasta, pizza, then in the evening having some cheese on toast & a few raw eggs,2 or 3,

I gained 32 lbs in 3 months but I’m 17. Might be possible. But you’d have to work your off, never miss a protein shake, eat like 10 pigs. Go for it.

40 pounds in 2 months? Never…especially when you having a 15 yr old’s metabolism…you’re still probably growing in heigth. you’ll have to eat sooooooo much food.

lol, steob648 you do the knocking , you ever heard of the s.a.s. compared to your special forces your a joke, anyway good video danebergen i mostly eat tuna sweetcorn , meal suppliment plain creatine , and food with litle fat content , it’s like you say if you eat protien it builds muscle also as i like boxing and cycle i burn some cal off but want to be fit and get some size.

hey man, i am 15 …
hey man, i am 15 years old and 110 pounds. i want to gain weight to play football next year. i want to be a running back and gain at least 40 pounds and still be able to run fast. is it possible to do it in 2 mounths because thats all i have. what exercises should i do and what kind of food and protine shakes should i take.
ps: i want to know some good lower body work outs because thats where i want most of weight to come from and i want really strong legs to run really fast.

when u say eat small portions in between meals do you mean; for example; eat dinner at 3:00pm, have a small portion then another meal at 5:30? wot cud i eat as a small portion?

yes they are, but they are many more, beans, chicken breast u have to make sure you eat 6 times a day, small portions in between meals and keep the carbs controled. as simple as that. do this for 4 weeks, and trains twice a week. i promise you from my own experience you dont need more
